Task allocation and detailed planning of the electrical pre-assembly of our machines
Proactive feedback on the work completed and the current worklist
Collaboration in the further development of the department and the achievement of targets:
Workplace design
Participation in occupational health and safety
Identifying potential for improvement
Independent electrical assembly according to drawings and plans
Electrical testing and functional testing
Troubleshooting and maintenance
If required, supporting the commissioning of systems and machines at customer sites
Support in the training of apprentices
Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the assembly of electrical systems
Experience in a similar function or management experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a team and motivating way of working
Ability to communicate and resolve conflicts
