Data and AI Manager (M/F/D)*
We are looking for a visionary designer for the future of Data & Artificial Intelligence at TGW! As a Data and AI Manager, you'll coordinate and orchestrate AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring that innovative ideas translate into measurable business value, operational excellence, and sustainable competitive advantage. In this key role, you will work closely with specialist departments, international stakeholders as well as customers and partners and make a significant contribution to establishing AI as a strategic success factor at TGW.

Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:
- Coordinating and structuring AI initiatives within the company on a global scale
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance
- Control of benefit assessment and tracking of the value creation of AI initiatives according to performance controlling standards
- Promotion of AI-supported process optimizations and efficiency increases along the entire TGW value chain
- Collaboration in the further development of a scalable, secure and AI-enabled database in close cooperation with the Data Intelligence team
- Ensuring compliance with AI governance guidelines and Responsible AI principles
Requisitos del puesto:
- Several years of professional experience in the field of data, artificial intelligence, digital transformation or comparable functions
- In-depth understanding of AI technologies, data management and the successful implementation of AI use cases
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills paired with strong implementation skills
- High level of communication skills and enthusiasm for innovation
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 55.762 Euro.
