Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:

• Design and manage global learning projects: You will take end-to-end responsibility for international learning and development projects, from conception and planning to successful implementation.
• Develop future-oriented learning solutions: You translate business requirements into scalable learning solutions, learning journeys and roadmaps and design modern learning formats with a lasting impact.
• Connecting stakeholders and project teams: You will coordinate international project teams as well as internal and external partners and advise HR and business stakeholders as a competent sparring partner for all aspects of learning and development.
• Driving Learning Technology & Innovation: You will define requirements for modern learning technologies, accompany their implementation and introduce innovative approaches to corporate learning, talent and leadership development.
• Strengthen learning culture in the long term: You will promote knowledge sharing and a global learning culture, measure the effectiveness of learning measures and actively promote adoption and continuous improvement.

Requisitos del puesto:

• Sound basis: Completed studies in a relevant field as well as initial knowledge of project management and the motivation to take on responsibility.
• Enthusiasm for Learning & Development: Initial experience or great interest in personnel development, corporate learning or adult education.
• Interest in modern learning topics: Experience or curiosity in areas such as HR software, knowledge management, new learning or learning journeys.
• Personality & Mindset: Initiative, team spirit and a sense of responsibility paired with analytical curiosity and joy in thinking out of the box.
• Strong communication skills: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as enjoyment of working in an international environment.
