Head of Talent Development (M/F/D)*
As Head of Talent Development, you will take responsibility for the regional Talent Development organization and lead your team with a clear view of people, business and sustainable development. In doing so, you will bridge the gap between the global talent development strategy and the requirements of our local units in our "Central Europe" region (D, AT, CH, I) and ensure that strategic objectives become effective solutions for practice.

Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the regional talent development team
- Responsibility for planning, budgeting and management of regional TD activities as well as derivation of priorities in line with business requirements
- Translating global talent development strategies and objectives into effective regional measures and ensuring implementation in the local units in the region
- Active interface between the global talent development organization, the regional business and local people and culture teams as well as professional stakeholder management
- Collaboration in and management of regional and global talent development projects, from conception to sustainable implementation
- Design, optimization and harmonization of personnel development processes with a view to scalability, efficiency and local requirements
Requisitos del puesto:
- Completed training or studies with a focus on business, human resources, learning & development, organizational development or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in personnel and talent development as well as management experience
- Sound competence in systemic consulting or coaching, ideally supplemented by appropriate training
- Strong understanding of processes as well as experience in the design and harmonization of structures and processes
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills and a good sense of the balance between global orientation and regional requirements
- Experience in working with international, cross-divisional stakeholders and external partners as well as very good English skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment is 68.152 euros per year according to the collective agreement.
