HR Assistant with Focus on Events & Administration (M/F/D)*
Do you want to inspire people, create strong experiences and at the same time contribute to professional processes in our People & Culture area? As a Team Assistant Talent Acquisition representative, you will represent TGW Logistics at career fairs and events, build valuable contacts with talents and support our team in important organizational and administrative tasks. After a structured training course, you will take on responsibility, actively participate in shaping the future and be a central interface between applicants, colleagues and our specialist departments.

What you'll be handling:
- Completed commercial training
- High communication skills and enjoyment of exchanging ideas with people
- Self-confident, service-oriented appearance – especially at events
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- High willingness to carefully supervise administrative HR processes
- Solid MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and good English skills

We offer an attractive and market-competitive salary, depending on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 41.271 based on full-time employment.
