Human Resources Manager part-time (25 - 30h / week) (M/F/D)*
As a Human Resources Manager, you will shape the entire recruiting process—from creative job postings and interviews to the successful onboarding of our new talent. As a People Relations Manager, you support and advise our apprentices from day one until they are hired and actively participate in personnel marketing. Join our team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours) at our Teunz or Regensburg location.
What you'll be handling:
- You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for employees and apprentices, from creating and publishing job advertisements to managing applications and conducting interviews to organizing and supporting onboarding.
- As People Relations Manager, you work closely with our training management team to support and advise our apprentices from the start of their apprenticeship until they are hired. In addition, you support our employees throughout their entire employee life cycle and act as a substitute within the team.
- You support us in the area of personnel marketing by defining and implementing appropriate measures such as participating in career fairs and recruiting events, as well as organizing internships.
- In addition, you assume topic-specific responsibilities along the People Relations process chain, monitor compliance with applicable standards, and participate in strategic and operational projects.
What you'll need:
- You have completed technical or commercial training or have a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in HR.
- You are characterized by a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong communication skills, empathy, and discretion.
- Perfect German, very good written and spoken English, and an open-minded attitude toward diversity and inclusion round off your profile.
