Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:

• Overall responsibility for projects and leading interdisciplinary teams, from handover by the sales department through to final acceptance by the client

• Integration of various specialist departments (mechanical engineering, software/IT, control systems, processes)

• Acting as a communication hub between the client, the project-specific team of specialists, suppliers and the construction team

• Responsibility for project performance, deadlines, quality, functionality and costs right through to final acceptance, including cost and schedule control

• Scheduling, drawing up specifications, change management, supplier monitoring

• Coordinating and supervising engineering, assembly, commissioning, trial runs and testing, as well as managing stakeholders and risks

Requisitos del puesto:

• Strong technical education (HTL, FH, university in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, IT, etc.)

• Several years’ experience in managing complex large-scale projects, for example in plant/mechanical engineering, intralogistics, software development/IT, digitalisation or comparable technology-driven environments

• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, with a focus on results

• Endurance, initiative, strong execution skills and excellent problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel internationally for up to 30% of the working time, as well as excellent German and English language skills
