Sales Operation Manager (M/F/D)*
In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for implementing our global sales processes into our sales tools. Together with international sales teams and functional departments, you’ll identify opportunities for optimisation, develop value-adding solutions, and ensure that our sales organisation worldwide benefits from modern, efficient, and future-proof technologies. In your role, you’ll work at the intersection of business, processes, and digital solutions—from CRM and business intelligence to innovative AI applications.

Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:
- Shaping and further developing TGW Logistics’ digital sales landscape
- Identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing innovative solutions for our international sales units
- Further developing forward-looking technologies in the areas of CRM, field service, business intelligence, ERP and artificial intelligence
- Acting as a central interface between Business and Technology and coordinating a wide range of stakeholders
- Promoting the global standardisation of processes, systems and working methods
- Supporting strategic transformation and digitalisation initiatives at an international level
Requisitos del puesto:
- A passion for digital technologies, process optimisation and innovation
- A holistic approach and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact effectively in an international environment
- Very good English skills
- Experience with business applications within the d365 suite, such as CRM, Field Service and ERP (SAP and Microsoft), Power BI or comparable platforms would be an advantage

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547 Euro.
