You will lead a software development team in the field of simulation with the ambition of combining technical excellence, speed, and accountability. You ensure that complex material flow logic, Warehouse Execution Software, and real customer requirements are transformed into robust, scalable, and reliably delivered software solutions.

Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:
- Provide clear direction, set ambitious goals, and bring energy, structure, and decisiveness to the team
- Bridge architecture, product understanding, and process expertise within a highly demanding technical domain
- Make architecture decisions with long-term impact on stability, performance, and maintainability
- Create transparency around progress, address blockers proactively, and ensure that decisions are made and implemented without delay
- Lead, coach, and develop an international team of approximately 10 software engineers, both technically and managerially
- Define and uphold engineering standards for clean code, testing, CI/CD, and overall technical excellence
Requisitos del puesto:
- Several years of experience in professional software development, ideally using C#/.NET
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design decisions, and technical trade-offs
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
- A communicative and visible leadership personality who enjoys taking responsibility, providing direction, and bringing people along on the journey
- Strong performance and delivery mindset: you are not only interested in discussing good ideas but in delivering results, raising standards, and accelerating progress
- Advantageous: experience in simulation, digitalization of industrial processes, intralogistics, warehouse automation, distributed systems, or building high-performance engineering cultures
- Confident communication skills in both German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 60.963 Euro.
