Learning & Development is facilitated globally through MINDtastic, the global program for holistic education within the TGW World, and locally, through the regional Personnel Development and L&D departments.

The MINDtastic Academy is the global training program for employees to enhance their technical & interpersonal skills. The LearningHub is the digital self-directed learning platform to explore new educational opportunities at TGW Logistics, giving employees access to more than 300 courses from the catalog and more than 150 additional courses from GoodHabitz.
