What you'll be handling:
- Project and topic management
You will accompany strategic, operational and cross-departmental projects as well as special topics, from preparation to coordination to consistent follow-up. - Executive Support
You will proactively support the SVP in day-to-day business, coordinate
appointments with foresight, prepare briefings and decision-relevant management documents. - Sparrings Partner for the SVP
a reliable sparring partner, you create transparency about priorities, measures, decisions, responsibilities and deadlines. - Management formats and decision support
You will structure meetings, reviews and workshops, create agendas, minutes, KPI overviews and presentations.
What you'll need:
- Completed training and relevant professional experience (e.g. Management Assistant or similar)
- Enthusiasm for project-oriented work
- Very structured, independent way of working and high precision, even with several parallel topics
- Very good knowledge of German and openness to English-speaking conversations
- Loyalty, team spirit and enjoyment of working with different interfaces

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 53,240 euros per year.
