Als SAP EWM Customer Care Consultant bist du im 2nd und 3rd Level Support für unsere 24/7 laufenden Anlagen verantwortlich. Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Endanwender:innen, um Fehler zu diagnostizieren und Probleme schnellstmöglich zu beheben.

What you'll be handling:

  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Tickets im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
  • Fehlerdiagnose in SAP EWM Prozessen sowie Durchführung von kleineren Customizing-Anpassungen
  • Einbindung der UI5- und ABAP-Entwicklung in die Ursachenanalyse
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets gemäß SLA-Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterbildung des First Level Supports sowie der Endanwender:innen

What you'll need:

  • Gute Kenntnisse im SAP EWM (Customizing, Debugging) sowie im Office 365
  • Erfahrung in der Logistik oder Automatisierungstechnik
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
