Als internationale:r Baustellenleiter:in bist du in stellvertretender Funktion des/der Projektmanagers/Projektmanagerin erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Realisierung unserer komplexen Intralogistikanlagen vor Ort. Du sorgst für einen professionellen und reibungslosen Baustellenablauf und bist zeitgleich für die Überwachung der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und des Hochlaufs unserer Systeme zuständig.

What you'll be handling:

  • Unterstützung des/der Projektmanagers/Projektmanagerin direkt vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Projektmanager:in, Engineering, Baustelle und Kunde
  • Planung und Überwachung der Montage und Inbetriebnahme hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit, Personal- und Materialeinsatz
  • Koordination von Komponenten und Bauteilen auf der Baustelle sowie Bereitstellung von relevanten Arbeitsmitteln und Baustelleneinrichtungen
  • Verantwortung über Baustellenpersonal, Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen, Schulungen, Teilabnahmen und Kundenbegehungen
  • Baustellendokumentation 

What you'll need:

  • Fundierte und abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (im Bereich Maschinenbau, Betriebsmanagement, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik o.ä.)
  • Projekterfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Baustellenleiter
  • Breites interdisziplinäres technisches Wissen kombiniert mit solidem kaufmännischen Know-How
  • Hohes Organisationstalent, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und erkennbares Führungspotenzial
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Stressresistenz und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Flexibilität und hohe Mobilität bezüglich Einsatzbereitschaft und -ort (Reisebereitschaft ca. 95%)

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 54.728 Euro.
