What you'll be handling:

VOS MISSIONS 

  • Organiser et coordonner l'activité de maintenance : planning, répartition des interventions, priorités du jour
  • Piloter la maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative, et venir en appui technique de vos techniciens sur le terrain
  • Garantir la disponibilité des pièces détachées et des outils nécessaires
  • Faire monter votre équipe en compétences et accompagner chacun dans sa progression
  • Être l'interlocuteur de référence du client sur la performance des installations
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité

What you'll need:

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Une vraie maîtrise de la maintenance des systèmes électromécaniques 
  • Du leadership de terrain : vous savez fédérer, transmettre et décider
  • Une communication fluide, avec votre équipe comme avec les autres services
  • Un anglais technique et professionnel, pour communiquer avec notre hotline
