Content Manager - Employer Branding (M/F/D)*

In the role as a Content Manager for Employer Branding you are responsible for developing, creating and managing compelling content that strengthens the company’s employer brand, enhances talent engagement and position the organisation as an attractive employer across all relevant internal and external channels. The setting of objectives and the conception of employer‑branding initiatives are carried out in close collaboration with colleagues from People and Culture to ensure alignment with strategic HR and talent acquisition.

What you'll be handling:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for employer branding in coordination with Corporate Communications and People and Culture, esp. Talent Acquisition
  • Produce engaging content such as employee stories, videos, social media posts, blog articles, internal communications and recruitment materials
  • Manage employer branding channels including career websites, LinkedIn, social media platforms, job portals and internal communication spaces
  • Plan and execute employer branding campaigns for recruitment, culture, onboarding, diversity & inclusion and employee engagement
  • Support HR marketing initiatives, job fairs, events and internal engagement activities
  • Evaluate performance of content and campaigns using analytics and KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines and communication standards
  • Align employer branding messages with the corporate narrative, purpose and values

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, HR or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, employer branding, corporate communications or digital marketing
  • Very strong writing, storytelling and editing skills in German and English (additional languages beneficial) 
  • Very good understanding of social media platforms, digital channels, content management systems and content formats. 
  • Very strong project management skills, especially in editorial planning and campaign management
  • Very good ability to analyze content performance and use data/analytics for ongoing optimization 
  • Experience in creating multimedia content (photo, video, graphics); basic production knowledge is an advantage 
  • Experience in cross-functional collaborating within Marketing and People and Culture and various other stakeholders

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
