HRIS Analyst (M/F/D)*
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of TGW's Human Resources Information Systems, including UKG Ready and SAP SuccessFactors. This role serves as the primary technical resource for the HR systems, supporting system configuration and optimization, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations through efficient use of technology. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with global technology teams to ensure enterprise HR technology solutions effectively support and address local HRIS needs.
What you’ll be handling
- Serves as primary subject matter expert for UKG Ready, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR technology platforms.
- Configures, maintains, and optimizes HR system workflows, processes, permissions, and selfservice functionality to support evolving business needs.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Leads local and supports global HR system upgrades and implementations, ensuring successful deployment of new functionality and processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and enhanced utilization of HR technology.
- Develops and maintains system documentation, work instructions, and training guides, and conducts end-user training.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HRIS administration, HR Operations, or related systems experience required. SAP SuccessFactors experience required.
- Extensive experience administering SAP SuccessFactors (required), UKG Ready (a plus), or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in creation of HR reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and data visualizations.
- Prior experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems within multi-state organizations (required) and global organizations (a plus).
