IT Project Manager (M/F/D)*
TGW, a global leader in automated intralogistics solutions, is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate all IT-related activities within key customer projects. Working closely with the General Project Manager, your mission will be to ensure that all IT deliverables meet TGW’s commitments in terms of schedule, cost, and quality.

What you'll be handling:
Project Execution & Delivery
- Ensure proper execution of all IT-related project tasks, meeting milestones, timelines, scope, and financial targets.
- Monitor and report project schedule, costs, progress, and deviations.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and ensure delivery of all required documentation with the agreed quality.
Coordination with Stakeholders & Suppliers
- Act as the primary interface between the customer, IT realization teams (internal/external), and the General Project Manager.
- Coordinate onsite IT activities and manage collaboration with IT suppliers.
- Prepare RFQs and support the procurement of IT-related materials and services.
Technical & Methodological Responsibilities
- Prepare or support test plans and supervise all testing stages (in-house/FAT, SAT, acceptance tests).
- Participate in the preparation of functional specifications.
Administrative & Departmental Support
- Perform administrative tasks (time recording, travel expenses, etc.).
- Contribute to departmental initiatives such as developing technical/procedural guidelines and defining quality control processes.
What you'll need:
- 3 years bachelor degree in IT related courses (computer science, computer applications, computer engineering, information technology, telecommunications, etc.).
- Experience in projects with WMS and WCS.
- Experience in software project management for logistics or production/process automation.
- Knowledge on:
Office tools: Microsoft© Office, Microsoft© Project, Microsoft© Visio.
Methodology: Agile (SCRUM)
IT Infrastructure: Network, servers, virtualization,..
