Key Account Manager (M/F/D)*
We are hiring! Key Account Manager – Lifetime Services (TGW Logistics Group)
We are looking for a passionate and customer‑focused Key Account Manager for our Lifetime Services division. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful service delivery for TGW’s assigned maintenance portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for our customers and strengthening long‑term partnerships.
As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day relationship with our clients while supporting our engineering and service teams. Your mission is to guarantee that all services are delivered to the highest standards and that TGW is represented professionally, positively, and in line with our cultural values
What you'll be handling:
Customer & Relationship Management
- Manage customer expectations in line with contracted KPIs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customer management teams.
- Represent TGW professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and high service standards.
Service Delivery & Operations
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure high-quality service execution.
- Provide clear, accurate reporting to both the customer and the TGW management team.
- Stay informed on TGW technologies and products to support technical discussions.
Cost & Performance Control
- Prepare accurate costings for corrective works and small retrofits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities within existing onsite operations.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions when required.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to all EHS requirements and maintain a zero‑accident environment.
- Guarantee compliance with risk assessments, safe work procedures, COSHH regulations and PPE guidelines.
Continuous Improvement & Value Creation
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and generate additional business for TGW.
- Collaborate with internal Lifetime Services teams to ensure adequate resources for customer sites.
- Provide effective feedback to internal management to support continuous improvement.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.
- Similar experience within an automated materials handling environment
- Highly self-motivated team player able to interact with a large group of stakeholders both externally and within the TGW group.
- Ability to comply with the objectives
- Excellent communicator
- Medium/ high level of English an French
- Availability to travel to customer sites for meetings and when necessary
