Lean Partner (M/F/D)*

As a Lean Partner, you will be responsible for driving the lean culture in one of several areas of TGW Logistics in line with our Strategy 2030. You will work closely with the relevant managers to promote and facilitate improvement projects that focus on cost savings, lead time reductions and reliability improvements.

Your tasks will include identifying improvement potentials, assessing their impact, prioritizing ideas and defining and monitoring the necessary resources.

What you'll be handling:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities, such as inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Define and allocate resources, such as lean experts
  • Project manage and track improvement projects
  • Support, coach and mentor improvement ideas and projects within the organization
  • Execute comprehensive and/or cross-functional improvement projects
  • Define and monitor organizational performance KPIs to analyze improvements and demonstrate the impact of lean implementation

What you'll need:

  • Completed higher technical or business education
  • Sound experience in lean management with practical experience in both production and administrative environments (ideally in project-based industries)
  • Extensive knowledge of common lean methodologies as well as program and project management
  • Ideally experience in lean enterprise (holistic end-to-end improvement approach)
  • Excellent analytical skills and an “it's possible” attitude
  • Successful in coaching and mentoring lean processes and ideally Black Belt certification
  • Very good German and English language skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198
