Als Lehrlingsausbilder:in IT übernimmst du die fachliche Ausbildung und verantwortungsbewusste Betreuung unserer Lehrlinge im Lehrberuf Applikationsentwicklung - Coding.
Du vermittelst den Lehrlingen - unter Einsatz moderner Methoden und Technologien - die geforderten Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten für einen erfolgreichen Übergang in die Fachbereiche.

What you'll be handling:

  • Vermittlung der berufsbezogenen Fachkompetenz für die Applikationsentwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Erstellung von Lernunterlagen für die Ausbildung
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Ausbildungskonzepte für das Berufsbild "Applikationsentwicklung-Coding"
  • Begleitung von Lehrlingsgruppen bei Teamevents sowie Mitwirkung an Veranstaltungen im Lehrlingswesen
  • Förderung und Unterstützung unserer Lehrlinge in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbilderprüfung von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in C# und Datenbanken (Oracle)
  • Freude an der Arbeit und Kommunikation mit jungen Menschen, Aufgeschlossenheit sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen, um unsere Lehrlinge bestmöglich zu unterstützen

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 60.963 Euro.
