Organisational Development Specialist (M/F/D)*
As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will play an active role in shaping our leadership culture and supporting cultural and organisational transformation processes. You will work closely with managers at all levels, develop effective leadership initiatives and support change projects that are strategically crucial to our company’s success.
What you'll be handling:
- Developing and implementing initiatives to further develop the leadership culture
- Advising and coaching executives, as well as designing and delivering leadership initiatives and workshops
- Leading change projects: designing and facilitating change processes through tailored change interventions
- Conducting cultural analyses and organisational diagnostics
- Managing and further developing transformation projects
- Selecting and managing external service providers
What you'll need:
- A degree in psychology, business administration, education, HR or a related field
- Several years’ practical experience in leadership development, corporate culture and change management
- A proven track record of independently implementing multiple change projects (e.g. reorganisation, technological change, cultural change)
- Experience in facilitation, coaching and transformation methods, as well as in dealing with senior leadership (C-level) and complex business projects
- Additional training in organisational development, facilitation or change management is desirable
- Fluent command of German and English
