In the position of Project Manager Controls, you will be part of our implementation team in Wels, with a focus on international projects. You are responsible for the project-specific implementation of control systems from both a technical and commercial perspective. To ensure that all technical requirements are met in the best possible way, you will have access to a project-specific team of specialists from various departments.

What you'll be handling:
- Leading a project-specific team of specialists with a focus on the efficient, professional, and cost-effective realization of our international projects
- Reviewing contract documents and technical specifications, as well as coordinating and clarifying requirements with customers
- Acting as the main interface between internal departments, customers, suppliers, and our global subsidiaries, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- Providing second-level support to the LTS team for customer inquiries and technical issues
- Taking full project responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality targets, including project controlling and performance monitoring
- Leading and facilitating regular internal and external project meetings to ensure successful project progress and timely delivery of milestones
What you'll need:
- Completed technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience is preferred, ideally in intralogistics, as well as basic PLC knowledge
- Strong customer focus and professionalism, combined with a results-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
- High level of initiative and confident decision-making abilities
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%)

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 60.963 Euro.
