What you'll be handling:

  • Sie agieren als verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) unserer Kunden bei der Realisierung von Erweiterungsprojekten.

  • Für erforderliche Software-Erweiterungen unterstützen Sie den Vertrieb bei der Erstellung der Angebote.

  • Sie koordinieren die technische Umsetzung und stimmen sich dazu mit der Softwareentwicklung und dem Servicemanagement ab.

  • Sie betreuen das Test- und Releasemanagement und erstellen die erforderlichen Dokumente.

  • Die termingerechte Fertigstellung der Software-Erweiterung unter Einhaltung der geltenden Standards, Qualität und Budgetvorgaben liegt dabei in Ihrer Verantwortung.

What you'll need:

  • Abschluss / Ausbildung in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im Management von Softwareprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich der Intralogistik

  • Teamplayer mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
