Dans le cadre de la mise en route d'un nouvel entrepôt basé Grigny-sur-Rhône (25 minutes au sud de Lyon), nous recherchons un Responsable Maintenance Industrielle (h/f).

What you'll be handling:

VOS MISSIONS  
Vous êtes le garant au quotidien des performances de disponibilité de l'installation et de votre équipe de Techniciens de maintenance. Pour cela, vous serez amené à :

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie de maintenance
  • Planifier et suivre le planning hebdomadaire et annuel de maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative (convoyeur, shuttles, palettiseurs automatiques...)
  • Mettre en place les process selon les procédures TGW
  • Encadrer et recruter une équipe de Techniciens de maintenance
  • Accompagner l'équipe sur les interventions électromécaniques complexes
  • Définir les besoins en formation et développer les compétences des techniciens.
  • Identifier les besoins en pièces détachées et consommables afin d'accompagner le client dans la mise en place et la gestion du magasin
  • Garantir la sécurité, normes HSE et le respect des procédures


What you'll need:

VOTRE PROFIL 

  • Formation Bac +2 minimum en électromécanique, automatisme ou maintenance industrielle
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en supervision de maintenance et en gestion d'équipe, idéalement dans un environnement automatisé ou logistique
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (documentation technique, hotline et réunions)
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques : CMMS/GMAO, Excel, planification
  • Vous avez le sens du service, du leadership, de l'organisation, et aimez être proche de vos équipes sur le terrain
