What you'll be handling:

  • Collaboration in the operation and maintenance of our SAP systems
  • Support with installations, updates, and system adjustments
  • Participation in system maintenance and security updates
  • Support with backups and system copies
  • Collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners
  • Assistance with 2nd level support for inquiries and incidents
  • Documentation of procedures and processes
  • Gradual familiarization with new SAP technologies (cloud)
  • Collaboration in user and authorization administration 

What you'll need:

  • Completed HTL or apprenticeship in the IT field
  • Very good German and English skills
  • IT affinity
  • Strong interest in SAP (initial experience is an advantage)
  • Communicative nature and open to continuous further training

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of € 46.615 for a full-time position.
