Senior Software Developer SAP (M/F/D)*
Would you like to play an active role in shaping modern SAP landscapes and driving innovative technologies forward? In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge solutions in the SAP environment, contribute your technical expertise, and design integration architectures in close collaboration with the business.
What you'll be handling:
- Consulting on architectural decisions and analyzing business processes to develop customized integration solutions
- Developing, extending, and optimizing applications in a modern SAP S/4HANA environment
- Helping to shape and further develop innovative SAP technologies, particularly cloud-based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and the SAP Integration Suite
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and trends (e.g., BTP, AI, automation, Clean Core, public cloud)
- Close collaboration with business departments on projects and in day-to-day operations
- Opportunity to expand responsibilities beyond the senior role
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP Developer
- In-depth knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP UI5/ Fiori, JavaScript, and Java
- Experience with modern SAP development technologies such as CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP
- Strong knowledge of system integration via REST, SOAP, OData, RFC, IDoc, or comparable technologies
- Ideally, experience with SAP BTP Cloud Integration or the SAP Integration Suite
- A structured, independent, and proactive work style
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality
- Interest in new technologies and continuous professional development
- Excellent German and English
