In this role, you are responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of an existing software team that develops innovative solutions for pack plan optimization within an intralogistics process. What you'll be handling:

•    As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you further develop an existing team focused on creating software solutions for packing plan optimization and serve as the team’s direct point of contact (m/f/d) for technical, organizational, and personal matters. You report directly to the Head of Warehouse Execution.
•    You promote professional and personal development as well as expertise within the team and conduct performance reviews. You are responsible for resource, budget, and vacation planning, as well as ensuring smooth operational team processes, and assist with recruitment and conducting interviews.
•    You represent the interests and needs of the team and the software modules under your responsibility across team boundaries, work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders, and coordinate delivery dates, priorities, and workload.
•    Your responsibilities also include optimizing processes within and outside the team, actively shaping collaboration with internal stakeholders, establishing new roles (e.g., Project Coach), and organizing and providing support for ticket processing and project support.
•    To this end, you bring a consistent commitment to TGW’s Core Values and Leadership Principles and actively help shape an appreciative, performance-oriented team culture.

What you'll need:

• You have several years of experience in developing complex software projects and bring an entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as a strong focus on results.
• You are distinguished by strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, and excellent communication skills across different cultural and organizational levels.
• You are a collaborative individual with strong analytical skills, a high degree of adaptability, innovative thinking, and a strong commitment to quality, as well as an independent and structured approach to work.
• Ideally, you already have experience in team leadership; experience with mathematical optimization problems, packing plan optimization, or intralogistics is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English rounds out your profile.
