Test engineer in mechatronics (M/F/D)*

As a test engineer, you will strengthen our mechatronic product development team and make a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our international customers with your commitment.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the assembly and commissioning of the internal test and trial setups of our mechatronic products for transporting, storing and retrieval, picking and (de)palletizing goods. The independent execution of test series and detailed logging of test results as well as the ongoing monitoring of the test facilities round off your area of responsibility.

What you'll be handling:

  • Coordination, assembly, installation, commissioning and optimization of mechatronic test and trial setups
  • Independent execution of test series including detailed protocol as well as support of the mechatronic product development team
  • Support, monitoring and maintenance of test, trial and demonstration systems
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders and coordination of external personnel in the processing of smaller orders

What you'll need:

  • Completed technical education in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, metal technology or automation technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a related position (testing, pre-assembly, assembly, commissioning, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of engineering and process tools such as AutoCAD, ePlan, Jira and SAP is an advantage
  • Mechatronic overall understanding, hands-on mentality
  • Logical way of thinking, result and service orientation as well as independent work

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 49.279 euros per year.
