As an SAP EWM Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support for our 24/7 systems. You will communicate with end users to diagnose errors and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

What you'll be handling:

  • Analysis and processing of tickets in 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Error diagnosis in SAP EWM processes and implementation of minor customising adjustments
  • Integration of UI5 and ABAP development into root cause analysis
  • Documentation and tracking of tickets in accordance with SLA specifications
  • Support in the further training of first level support and end users

What you'll need:

  • Good knowledge of SAP EWM (customising, debugging) and Office 365
  • Experience in logistics or automation technology
  • Business fluency in English
  • Willingness to work shifts
