These conditions regulate the participating in Facebook competitions, organised by TGW Logistics Group GmbH, Ludwig Szinicz Straße 3, 4614 Marchtrenk (Austria).
All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of the Corporate Marketing department of TGW Logistics Group are excluded from participation. Participation with forged identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.
Eligible persons may participate in the competition by using the comment function under the post to publish the required content (e.g. photo or answer to a question) and not withdraw the publication until the winners have been selected. Participation is possible until the deadline stated in the description of the competition.
TGW Logistics Group will raffle off the winnings specified in the description of the competition among all persons entitled to participate, provided that the prerequisites for winning are met (e.g. correct answer).
Winners will be randomly selected by the organiser among all admitted participants within one week after the participation deadline. Winners will be notified via the Facebook comment function or in a separate posting and requested to report to the organiser within five working days via Facebook with their address data. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize is forfeited.
The prize is neither transferable nor can it be exchanged. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded. Only one prize per participant is possible. The distribution of the prize is made by the organiser. The prize will be sent to the winner.
TGW Logistics Group is entitled to publish winners permanently on the Facebook page with their first name and the first letter of their surname as well as the contents published for participation.
The participant assures that contents published by him page are free of third-party rights and indemnifies the organiser against third-party claims in this respect. Participants are solely responsible for all content they provide on Facebook in connection with the competition. The content must not be an insult to other users or third parties and must not slander, harass or damage other users or third parties in any way, infringe any (other) rights of third parties (in particular personal rights, copyrights and ancillary copyrights), advertise for third parties (in the form of links, texts and/or images) and contain no immoral, obscene, pornographic, threatening, violent, discriminatory or racist objects.
The organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time, even without observing deadlines, in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course, if it is not possible for technical or legal reasons to guarantee a proper execution of the competition.
If the conditions of participation contain ineffective provisions, the effectiveness of the conditions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply.
For all legal disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions of participation and the competition, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organiser.
Data protection notice:
If you participate in the Facebook competition, we will process the personal data of you associated with your participation and disclosed to us by you in order to carry out the competition and identify you as an entitled participant, as well as for any prize determination and notification and the dispatch of any prize.
This processing of the data takes place upon your participation and is required according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for the aforementioned purposes for your participation and the execution and handling of the competition.
Data will only be passed on if this is necessary within the framework of the competition (e.g. delivery of the prize).
Any further processing by us will not take place. The personal data of the winners will be deleted at the latest after 3 years at the end of the year after the end of the competition. An earlier deletion is not possible in order to be able to trace the entries within the scope of a legal claim. Please note, however, that the content published by you as part of your participation is linked to your Facebook name and also to your Facebook profile and can therefore be permanently accessed via our Facebook page. Please note the setting option for the public visibility of your Facebook profile on Facebook.
