Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:

• You actively contribute to the further development and expansion of Cost Engineering at TGW.
• You analyze and validate supplier prices and cost structures using cost breakdowns and cost models.
• You identify cost-saving opportunities for components and assemblies.You support Purchasing in supplier discussions and negotiations with well-founded cost analyses.
• You become involved in development projects at an early stage and support our engineering teams in designing technical solutions that are both cost-optimized and manufacturing-friendly.
• You continuously develop and enhance cost models, cost breakdown structures, and knowledge databases.
• You actively drive cross-functional cost reduction initiatives, making a significant contribution to strengthening TGW’s competitiveness.

Requisitos del puesto:

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, master craftsman qualification, technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree).
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industry environment.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Strong technical understanding combined with a keen interest in commercial and economic aspects.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.High level of initiative, with a structured and independent way of working.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 10-20% of the time
