Responsabilidades del puesto del puesto:

• Responsibility for the standardization and industrialization as well as the further development of the Rovosphere product area as well as its modules and components 
• Technical planning and prioritization of standardization, industrialization and development activities in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders and product management
• Management of cross-divisional cooperation with internal partners in the value stream, standardization, documentation, implementation, supply chain, pre-assembly, testing/validation and much more. 
• Responsibility for the mechatronic products with regard to the degree of standardization maturity, in particular quality, costs, deadlines and target achievement
• Leadership, coaching and further development of the team as well as promotion of an appreciative and high-performance team culture 

Requisitos del puesto:

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH or university) in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
• Several years of experience in the development, standardization/industrialization and/or technical development of products
• First or several years of management experience in a development environment
• Experience in project management and/or as a product owner in an agile environment 
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of independence and a strong view of the big picture
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and very good German and English skills
