Maintenance Technician - Stichd site

Always wanted to know how a Manchester City shirt️ or Carlos Sainz's cap is packed?   We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at Stichd's automated distribution centre in Tilburg.  Stichd is part of the PUMA Group. Headquartered in the Netherlands ('s-Hertogenbosch), they also have several sales offices in Europe, Asia and South America. The largest storage and distribution facility is located in the Netherlands (Tilburg). The FlashPick® system consists of a shuttle warehouse with five aisles and 20 levels, six PickCenter One picking workstations and two fully automated PickCenter Rovolution®. TGW Warehouse Software is responsible for controlling all processes and four kilometres of KingDrive® conveyors are used for energy-efficient transport.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • You will execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
  • You resolve complex breakdown situations and actively seek root cause. This includes electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification.
  • You ensure high levels of housekeeping, never compromise on safety first.
  • You support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency and continually improve the performance of the equipment.
  • You complete all necessary reports, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms.
  • You will be supporting with flow control activities.

What you'll need

  • You have a technical degree, e.g. automotive engineering, aeronautical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering at MBO level 2 minimum.
  • You already have general knowledge of mechanics or electrical or control and understand maitenance processes.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a flexible attitude.
  • You are able to work in a time-critical environment.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn and creative in coming up with solutions.

  • Immediate a permanent contract with a market conform salary (14% shift allowance because of the 2 shifts pattern) and 8% holiday allowance.
  • Travel allowance € 0,23 per kilometre (max. 100 km per day).
