Funzioni:

  • Betreuung des Empfangs und der Telefonzentrale, freundlicher und professioneller Empfang von Kunden, Gästen und Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Reiseplanungen, Buchung von Geschäftsreisen (Flüge & Hotels)
  • Disposition und Vergabe der Firmenfahrzeuge, incl. der Koordination von Service/Reparatur/Reinigungen
  • Bearbeitung der Eingangs-/Ausgangspost inklusive Rechnungsbearbeitung des Aufgabenbereiches

Requisiti:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, touristische Fachkenntnisse (u.a. IATA, CRS Galileo bzw. Amadeus...) wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
