Funzioni:
Regular updating of capacity planning in engineering
Schedule coordination & administrative support for the management team in Engineering
Organization & coordination of health & safety topics (e.g. preventive medical check-ups)
Preparation & creation of presentations (e.g. for design meetings)
General assistance tasks such as document management, master data maintenance and database maintenance
Regular coordination meetings with the management team
Requisiti:
Successfully completed commercial training
3 years of professional experience as a team assistant or in a similar position (preferably in mechanical engineering)
Technical understanding or affinity for technology
Strong organizational skills as well as an independent, proactive and structured way of working
Communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of German and English
