Wir suchen Unterstützung für unsere Bereichsleitung Digital & IT. Die Position umfasst vielfältige administrative, organisatorische und kommunikative Aufgaben und trägt entscheidend dazu bei, reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen und eine effektive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des DIGIIT-Netzwerks zu fördern.

Funzioni:

  • Verwaltung des Kalenders sowie Koordination von Terminen des Directors Digital & IT
  • Organisation und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Workshops und Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Protokollen
  • Steuerung und Abstimmung der internen sowie externen Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung im Projektmanagement sowie bei Sonderinitiativen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Dokumenten in verschiedenen Systemen
  • Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner:in für interne Abteilungen und externe Partner:innen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von ITSM-Prozessen und Governance-Richtlinien

Requisiti:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im IT- oder Digitalumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
  • Interesse an digitalen Themen und IT-Prozessen

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.481 Euro.
