Consultant Prozessmanagement & IT Retrofit (M/F/D)*

Als Consultant Prozessmanagement & IT Retrofit übernimmst du die Beratung unserer Bestandskunden in der Vertriebsphase für WMS-Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team erstellst du Konzepte für Prozessoptimierungen, Anlagenrevitalisierungen und -erweiterungen und überzeugst durch deine Lösungskompetenz.

Funzioni:

  • Erheben, Verstehen und Hinterfragen der relevanten kundenseitigen Abläufe und Anforderungen.
  • Durchführung von Ist- und Soll-Analysen der IT-Systeme für Hard- und Software bei Kundenanlagen mit Hilfe von SQL.
  • Ausarbeiten von WMS-Lösungskonzepten zur Anlagenoptimierung, -revitalisierung und Anlagenerweiterungen.
  • Gemeinsame Lösungsfindung extern mit den Kunden und intern mit dem Team
  • Aufbereiten von Kalkulation sowie Angebotsausarbeitung und Beratung der Kunden in der Lösungsfindung.
  • Präsentation, Argumentation und Verkauf beim Kunden vor Ort.

Requisiti:

  • Erfahrung in IT-, Prozess- oder Software-Consulting bzw. im technischen Vertrieb ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit Analysetools, insbesondere gute Kenntnisse in Oracle SQL.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Intralogistik ist wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit (ca. 10–20 % im deutschsprachigen Raum).
  • Kommunikationsstärke, überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.547 Euro.
