Funzioni:

  • Weiterentwicklung & Betreuung der MPM‑Tools (Teammanager, Ressource Center, Ressourcen Reports, Portfolio Manager) inkl. Aufnahme & Priorisierung von Feature‑Requests
  • Unterstützung interner Stakeholder (Projektmanager:innen, Ressourcenmanager:innen, lokale PMOs) durch Beratung, Support (1st/2nd Level) und Sicherstellung der Anwenderzufriedenheit
  • Informationsmanagement & Kommunikation: Erstellung von Newslettern & Intranet‑Beiträgen
  • Nutzerfeedback & Insights: Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Umfragen sowie Ableitung strategischer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen inkl. KPI‑/Dashboard‑Erstellung
  • Learning Journeys & Trainings: Konzeption und Erstellung von Learning Journeys/Nuggets sowie Mitarbeit an Projektmanagement‑Trainings
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Fachexpert:innen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen im Multiprojektmanagement

Requisiti:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) im wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in Analyse & Interpretation von Kund:innen- oder Nutzer:innen – Daten wünschenswert
  • IT‑Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit Analysetools (z. B. Excel, Power BI) und Umfrageplattformen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrung in Schulungen & Stakeholder Management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.547 Euro.
