Gebäudetechnik ist deine Leidenschaft und du packst gerne mit an? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! In dieser Position bist du gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Facility Maintenance Team für die Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten unserer Gebäude und Außenanlagen am topmodernen Standort in Marchtrenk verantwortlich. Dabei bringst du nicht nur technisches Know-how ein, sondern auch echte Hands-on-Mentalität.

Funzioni:

  • Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten der Gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (z.B. bei Beleuchtung, Lüftung, Heizung, etc.)
  • Durchführung bzw. Koordination von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung und Pflege der Außen- und Grünanlagen inkl. Winterdienst
  • Unterstützung bei Transporten aller Arten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, sicherheitstechnischer und betrieblicher Vorgaben

Requisiti:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik/Gebäudemanagement wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 41.212 Euro.
