Als Human Resources Manager:in bist du für sämtliche Aufgaben im Personalwesen verantwortlich. Du begleitest die Mitarbeiter:innen von der Bewerbung und Einstellung bis hin zum Ende des Arbeitsverhältnisses und stehst ihnen sowie den Führungskräften bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen zur Seite. In dieser Rolle eignest du dir alle relevanten Personalthemen an, um als Sparringpartner:in für interne Kund:innen, sowohl national als auch international, zu agieren.

Funzioni:

  • Abwicklung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen über das Bewerbungsmanagement bis zum Onboarding
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung und Führung von Vorstellungsgesprächen samt Beratung der Führungskräfte bei der Auswahlentscheidung
  • Führen von Vertragsgesprächen sowie Erstellung sämtlicher Vertragsdokumente
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter:innen bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und sonstigen HR-Themen
  • Mitwirkung bei operativen HR-Projekten sowie laufende Prozessverbesserung

Requisiti:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Human Resources/People Relations Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Recruiting; Kenntnisse im österreichischen und deutschen Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und diplomatisches Geschick
  • Hohes Maß an Loyalität und Menschenkenntnis, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Diskretion

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 53.242,- Euro.
