Funzioni:

Task Process Design: 

• Collecting, understanding and questioning the relevant customer processes and requirements (tendering, work-shops, etc.)
• Contribution of creative / innovative solution approaches and iterative solution finding based on customer require-ments
• Process design
• Together with the project planning team, ensuring that the planned processes are functional on the planned solu-tion.
• Supervision of project simulation together with the System Designer

Task IT System Design:

• Creating the "Gap Analysis"
• Preliminary decision for own or third-party product
• Preparation of the IT calculation (for own products)
• Request for quotation and review (for third-party products)
• Preparation of the offer and the offer presentation (IT-relevant parts)
• Presentation of offers and software or argumentation to the customer

Task IT Project Manage:

• Ensure the correct execution of the IT parts of the assigned project, the achievement of the scheduled milestones and an economical result equal or above the budgeted.
• Manage the relationship with the customer. Act as the interface between the IT realization teams (internal or ex-ternal) and the customer and the project manager.
• Deliver the project to the customer in the agreed terms and quality, including all agreed documentation.
• Preparation of RFQ for IT related purchases (materials and services).
• Support of general project manager and coordination of IT related purchases of materials and services.
• Supervision and participation on the preliminary test stages (in-house testing/FAT, site acceptance tests/SAT).

Requisiti:

• Good market knowledge of WMS/MFF providers
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, material and data flow
• Basic knowledge of automation, storage and conveyor technology
• Experience in process design and functional descriptions
• Good IT skills (experience in high-level language programming)
• Marketing know-how for IT products
• Very good knowledge of English / Spanish / French
