Funzioni:

• Analyse and understand the customer requirements, processes & data, and draw conclusions which enable clear direction for the solution design
• Provide technical advice to the customer during the sales process
• Prepare a business case justification for the chosen concept, taking into consideration ROI, manpower, and investment
• Design the material flow diagram to suit the requirements
• Lead the design activity and guide the evolution of the layout design
• Ownership of the estimation and costing process
• Support and deliver presentations to explain and sell the solution and benefits to the client
• Liaise and collaborate with the wider TGW team for technical, cost, and delivery schedule expertise
• Lead and support during the realisation phase of the project
• Coach and mentor of solutions designers

Requisiti:

            Required

• You are able to analyse and understand customer business processes and customer data    
• You are able to produce concise and clear customer/internal presentations    
• You are able to work in a multi-disciplinary and intercultural experts' network   
• You have good communication and presentation skills    
• You have an excellent command of the English language   
• You have a results and solutions-oriented mindset

• You have good coaching skills to support the development of others  

            Preferred

• Good mechanics, controls, and IT logistics knowledge    
• Several years of experience in logistics-based, integrated solution design or selling
• Advanced logistic automation design know-how
• Knowledge of the intralogistics industry and its key integration suppliers
