APPLICA ORA

Funzioni:

  • Organisation und Buchung von Dienstreisen (inkl. Flug, Hotels, Mietwagen und sonstigen Transportmitteln)
  • Beratung in der Reiseplanung sowie Ausarbeitung von Reisevarianten und -angeboten
  • Erstellen der Reiseunterlagen sowie Rechnungskontrolle
  • Unterstützung der reisenden Mitarbeiter:innen bei kurzfristigen Änderungen der Reisebedingungen (z. B. Umbuchungen, Stornierungen)
  • Disposition des betriebseigenen Fuhrparks

Requisiti:

  • Fachspezifische Lehre oder Tourismusschule mit Schwerpunkt Reisemanagement
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro oder vergleichbare Praxis wünschenswert
  • Versierter Umgang mit Flugbuchungs- und Reservierungssystemen (Amadeus, Galileo, o.ä.) 
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 40.460,00 Euro.
