Business Process Improvement Manager (M/F/D)*
In this role, you will help the organisation to map and develop its processes in a way that delivers clear and sustainable benefits.
You will work closely with process owners, process members and project teams, acting as an enabler and sparring partner to ensure effective Business Process Management (BPM). You ensure that processes are designed to be clear, effective and compatible across departments and locations.

What you'll be handling:
- Supporting business units in mapping their processes in a clear and value-driven way
- Designing, facilitating and supporting workshops, training sessions and coaching sessions to ensure the continuous development of BPM skills
- Supporting teams in adopting and further developing BPM methodology, structure and mindset, as well as collaborating on and supporting BPM projects
- Ensuring the correct application of and compliance with modelling standards, as well as participating in the auditing of processes and process models and providing feedback on quality and standard compliance
- Establishing, maintaining and further developing a consistent, cross-departmental process landscape
- Working with BPM tools (in particular ADONIS) and supporting their sensible, pragmatic application
- Actively contributing to the coordination and further development of the global BPM rollout (alignment, methodological consistency, cross-site exchange)
- Applying lean thinking (end-to-end view, focus on benefits, reduction of waste)
What you'll need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. in business, engineering, IT or process management)
- An affinity for business process management and experience in process modelling
- Experience with or a strong interest in BPM tools, ideally ADONIS
- Practical knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement, as well as experience in project management
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured and practical manner, as well as a passion for designing and delivering workshops, training sessions and coaching
- A structured, independent and reflective approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate confidently with various departments
- Excellent German and English skills
