Als erfahrene:r IT-Support-Spezialist:in bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen. Du findest Ursachen, behebst Probleme effizient und sorgst so für zufriedene Kunden. Du bringst fundiertes Know-how im IT-Support mit und gehst Problemen mit detektivischem Spürsinn auf den Grund. Dank deiner lösungsorientierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise übernimmst du schrittweise Verantwortung für eine effiziente und ressourcenschonende Fehlerbehebung – und trägst damit maßgeblich zur Zufriedenheit unserer internen und externen Kunden bei.

What you'll be handling:

  • Unterstützung unserer externen Kunden im Software-Bereich
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen über das Ticketsystem und per Remote-Zugriff
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Bugfixes
  • Dokumentation deiner Tätigkeiten und Ergebnisse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team für effiziente Lösungen

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, FH/Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder einer ähnlichen Position
  • Kenntnisse in Linux- und Windows-Systemen, Oracle-Datenbanken und Programmiersprachen (z. B. C#, .NET, Java, PLSQL)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 46.615 Euro.
