This is an exciting opportunity for an intern to support the improvement of how project knowledge is captured and shared by creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly work instructions. The role focuses on standardising documentation and workflows, enabling new team members to onboard quickly and confidently while ensuring processes are easy to follow and accessible across the team.

What you'll be handling:
- Reviewing and improving existing project documentation
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand processes
- Creating clear, step-by-step work instructions
- Standardising content using consistent templates and formats
- Organising documentation for easy access and navigation
- Identifying gaps and ensuring accuracy through stakeholder validation
What you'll need:
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and simply
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to organise and structure information logically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Teams
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes quickly
- Confidence to engage with stakeholders and ask questions to gain clarity
