Reception Desk & Telephone Operator

In this representative position, you are the contact for our international customers, business partners and employees and make sure that they get a friendly and professional first impression.


  • Competently conducting telephone conversations
  • Welcoming guests
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, mail handling, mail distribution
  • Carrying out administrative tasks (ordering office supplies, business cards, work clothes, marketing material)
  • Checking meeting rooms
  • Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks at the in-house fitness centre
  • Coordinating the car pool


  • Completed commercial education
  • Experience in working at a reception desk is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken German
  • Good command of English
  • Friendly and smart appearance
  • High level of service orientation and reliability
