Trade, retail and collision are the key markets in which LKQ Benelux-France specialises and its reach spans more than 100 branches, stocking over 180.000 parts. LKQ Benelux-France also offers innovative services to enhance customer experiences and faster business growth.

LKQ (formerly Fource) partnered with TGW Logistics to implement a highly automated fulfilment solution at a new central facility in Berkel en Rodenrijs, supporting its long-term growth strategy and optimising its supply chain. The project consolidates multiple warehouse operations into a single, state-of-the-art distribution centre.

FlashPick System

At the core of LKQ’s new fulfilment centre is TGW Logistics' FlashPick system, a high-performance, goods-to-person solution designed for speed and flexibility. The system features ten aisles with over 180,000 tote storage locations, enabling rapid and accurate order fulfilment.

Integrated with twelve goods receiving stations and 16 PickCenter One workstations, FlashPick forms the central nervous system of LKQ’s logistics operations, enabling scalable throughput and optimised workflows.

Stingray Shuttle System

To support the demands of high-volume, high-velocity order fulfilment, the FlashPick system utilises over 200 Stingray shuttles. These energy-efficient, automated vehicles handle storage and retrieval tasks with precision and speed.

Their advanced design allows for high-density tote storage while minimising energy consumption, making them a key element in achieving both operational efficiency and sustainability goals.

Lifetime Services

TGW Logistics’ commitment extends beyond implementation with a robust Lifetime Services agreement. A dedicated team of TGW Logistics specialists works alongside LKQ’s in-house technicians to ensure system availability and peak performance throughout daily operations.
