(Marchtrenk, Austria, May 3, 2024) The Board of Directors of TGW Future Private Foundation, owner of TGW Logistics, is pleased to introduce Clemens Bauernfeind as interim Chief Financial Officer for TGW Logistics. The experienced manager took up his position on 2 May.
Clemens Bauernfeind has extensive knowledge as an interim manager and brings more than 15 years of experience in C-level positions in finance. His expertise in the management of international companies as well as in project business and his know-how in the areas of lean management and transformation played a central role in the selection process.
At his own request, the previous CFO Jörg Scheithauer is embarking on a new career path and taking the step into self-employment. However, he will continue to work for TGW Logistics in an advisory capacity.
Clemens Bauernfeind's assignment is planned for about one year. During this time, the search for a permanent successor will continue. Both Martin Krauss, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TGW Future Private Foundation, and Henry Puhl, CEO of TGW Logistics, are pleased to have found an experienced interim manager for the transition phase in Clemens Bauernfeind.
