Supportmitarbeiter:in Steuerungstechnik (M/F/D)*

Als erfahrener Technical Support Engineer Controls bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Kunden und bringst deine umfassende Expertise in der Steuerungstechnik gezielt ein, um unsere hochkomplexen Intralogistiksysteme optimal zu betreuen. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team sorgst du für eine professionelle und effiziente Bearbeitung von Störfällen – insbesondere im Bereich der Anlagensteuerungen über Fernwartungszugänge. Dank deiner langjährigen Berufserfahrung gewährleistest du einen reibungslosen Ablauf und trägst maßgeblich zur hohen Verfügbarkeit unserer Systeme bei.

Funzioni:

  • Technische Unterstützung und Beratung unserer weltweiten Kunden
  • Analyse von Störungen und Bearbeitung von Lösungsvarianten oder Workarounds auf SPS-gesteuerten TGW-Anlagen mittels Fernwartung
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Störungspotentialen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Support, 2nd Level Support, Entwicklungsabteilung, SPS-Inbetriebnehmern und Kunden

Requisiti:

  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung (FS oder HTL) im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik/Mechatronik oder abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung als Mechatroniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen (bevorzugt Siemens TIA Portal) und im Umgang mit Bussystemen (Profibus/Profinet, ASI) sowie mit geregelten Antrieben, Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Führerschein (Klasse B) sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-20%)

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.547 Euro.
